I had such a great experience with Natalia for laser hair removal. She is incredibly kind, flexible, and very knowledgeable. You can immediately tell that she has a lot of experience and really tailors the treatment to your skin and your body’s reactions. She does not just follow the same routine mechanically for every client — she carefully observes how your skin responds and adjusts her approach accordingly, which made me feel very safe and cared for.
