They don’t have much knowledge of colouring and complexion here. Being fair, I just wanted a slight tint to even the colouring out in my naturally patchy blondy brows. I left with jet black brows despite saying at the start and during the process to keep it natural, no black! If you’re blond/red/pale/freckled this place is not for you as they seem to only use the one pigment.
