Unfortunately the salon asked to reschedule 2 times on the day of the appointment. First time they asked 50 minutes before. Second time they asked 25 minutes before appointment - very unprofessional, I was already on the way to their salon! This behavior is never allowed for clients but somehow salon can do that! Double standards! I still haven’t received the refund back and they are not replying to my WhatsApp messages. Do not recommend this salon.
