I have had extreme neck and back pain for weeks and with just one session from Lauren I noticed an immediate difference with my range of motion. She was very attentive to my problem areas and also extremely knowledgeable to the other muscles causing the pain. I would highly recommend and looking forward to my next massage!

Lauren is a really wonderful therapist with the utmost expertise/knowledge. She is also a great communicator, listens carefully and plans out the massage to address the concerns at hand. She could well be a physical therapist. Thanks again and I will be back.
