I have left with visibly uneven eyebrows and a big gap inbetween, she waxed way above my natural browline and apparantly I had to be clear about wanting them to match! . When I mentioned the fault, I was met with dumb comments like "thats just your natural shape" and "I cant bring your hair back", well no shit lady but if you are going to boast about having 15 years of experience constantly, then at least wax properly. To make things worse, she also managed to give me a rash on my browbone
