I came to Andy with neck stiffness and general back pain. Andy’s massage was thorough, he released the built up tension and stiffness in my necks and shoulders. Although the massage was uncomfortable at points due to the nature of the massage it was greatly needed in order to effectively release the tension and post massage I could notice the difference in my flexibility. I will return to Andy for future massages to keep on top of my general health and hopefully improve my athletic performance.

By far from all treatments I had in different spas in Europe , Andy's massage is the best. It starts with his friendly welcome, making you feeling cozy in his charming studio.
He pays attention to details. He is empathetic and highly skilled during the massage. I had a few tension points in my back and he knew how to release them. I always feel rejuvenated afterwards. Everything is clean and neat. Nice and calm atmosphere.
The selection of tea is delicious too. I highly recommend him, and every time when I am visit Amsterdam, I make sure to return to Le Sakoa Massage.
