Friendly staff, worked fast, BIAB application was smooth, shape was satisfactory, save for two nails. Used gold polish instead of chrome for the tip, which looked like a muddy green-brown; didn't cure the tips properly: they began falling out within 24h and were barely there in a week. Offered a free correction, which improved the set. Chrome application was nevertheless inconsistent, either not fully burnished or applied onto an overcured base, so some nails look glittery instead of mirrored.
