Despite booking my treatment specifically with Shohreh, another worker did it. She shaped my left eyebrow straight and overplucked the end, and my right eyebrow arched and overplucked the beginning. Moreover, now I have some bald patches in that eyebrow. She rushed through the whole process and was careless. She kept bumping into my head while working and rested her whole arm in my face while plucking! I’ll never come back.
