Really poor service - there was no manicure just a basic shape and gel polish and the gel itself is sloppy and peeling the next day already. They are using cheap products - could do a better job myself! Will not be revisiting

I booked and paid for a gel manicure on Thursday evening for later that evening. I arrived at the salon to find it closed. I emailed them that evening, also stating I expect a refund, and haven’t heard anything since.

Had een waxing gepland voor donderdag 10 oktober om 18:00, ik kwam aan bij de salon om de afgesproken tijd maar ze waren dicht? Normaal nooit problemen met de salon en deze behandeling dus ik was erg verbaasd/teleurgesteld.

The place is beautiful decorated, but dirty. The staff was acting like they were doing a huge favor by providing the service. It was way below my expectations compared to other manicures I had in Amsterdam for the same price or cheaper. Very bad cuticles caring, I wish I could share a picture here... Wouldn´t do it again.
