Accupuncturist was very sweet but I expected facial accupuncture only. Massage was done too. But I also wanted to have longer facial accupuncture session. Needles stayed too short like 5
Mins, I prefer sessions where needles stay at least 20 mins.

I try not to rely on medication when I can avoid it, so being able to get acupuncture in the Netherlands is honestly great.
I go for massages and head spas regularly, but acupuncture was different. It wasn’t just targeting one area – my whole body felt lighter, and I could breathe deeper.
Left feeling calm and genuinely relaxed.
The needles barely hurt. She checked in with me the whole time to make sure I was okay, which was nice.
