Would have been ok had it not been rushed - I had a ‘removal’ (which included no acetone, only filing with the machine yet I was charged an additional 5 euros for it despite having already booked a removal appointment) and new shellac. The whole thing was done within 30minutes - very rushed and I was cut twice as a consequence. I was given a €5 discount at check out for being cut but to be honest, I don’t believe I should have been charged more for the removal because all it was was filing for ~10 minutes total on both hands! And I would much rather have left without cuts on my fingers.

I paid €110 for a mani-pedi, which felt expensive given the result. I sustained minor injuries to both my toes and fingers during the service. The nail shape was inconsistent (I asked for rounded, but only some were), and lengths varied noticeably between nails. The polish looked as if it had already been on for a week. Communication was also difficult, as my technician didn’t speak English and colleagues were too busy to help translate. They waived the polish charge, but I wouldn’t return.
