I showed up on time for my pre-paid appointment and was told that I need to either wait 1 hour or they can cancel my appointment. I asked them to cancel / refund, and they still have not processed this in THREE DAYS and it shows on Treatwell that the appointment is completed. Please avoid this place, the hygiene of the place is not ideal and the staffs lack communication skills.
