my appointment was at 13:00 i waited 35 minutes and then the lady was rushing to do my nails and when i asked to see the colours she said we don’t have time for this because she has another customer coming. given that i waited for 35 minutes i thought that was very rude and rushed. she picked the wrong colour than the one i said and did a quite rushed job
