Ik had om 10.30 een afspraak. Bij aankomst om 10.30 was de zaak nog steeds gesloten. Ik belde het contact nummer en er werd niet opgenomen. Het is een hele nare ervaring om voor een gesloten zaak te staan terwijl je wel hebt betaald vooraf en ze nemen niet op. Uiteindelijk ging de zaak om 10.45 open en er was geen verontschuldiging van de medewerkers. Wel gemompel. Ik had ook een full face threading geboekt, maar dat wisten ze niet, dus toen er werd gehaast gethread, door wachtenden.
