Booked an appointment but it wasn't approved and instead they changed my appointment to an hour later. Pretty weird and they didn't ask me for approval. I showed up and while they treated me nice, they weren't able to cut my hair right. Now I'm walking around with an uneven haircut and they charged me more than they asked on their website. Overall, a weird experience and I won't come back.
