I’m really disappointed with my haircut. I specifically asked for a butterfly haircut and even showed reference pictures, but the result didn’t match what I expected at all. My hair looks straight, lacks shape, and has some uneven ends in the back. I honestly chose this salon because I had a great experience in the past, but unfortunately, this time was not the same. It just didn’t meet the standard I had hoped for.
