I showed a precise picture of the ombré hair that I wanted, but left the salon with badly done highlights starting 5 cm off my scalp, almost blonde when I asked for caramel/auburn color. Basema clearly has no idea of how to do an ombré or even a hair coloring at all (the customer before me left without paying with a horrible blond-grey hair - I should have been warned). The owner kept repeating me that this is what ombré hair should look like instead of admiting the mistake. To avoid !
