Ik vind dat de kapper haar werk wat slordig doet. Ze lijkt ook niet genoeg kennis of ervaring te hebben...Mijn haar is nu gedeeltelijk blauw na het doen van highlights. Ik heb ook geen hoofdmassage gekregen waarvoor ik heb betaald. Het feit dat ze geen engels of nederlands spreekt, maakt het erg moeilijk om zich op haar gemak te voelen...
