Warm welcome and approach to all customers by every staff. Staff interact appropriately with customers without crossing personal space. Staff ask direct and clear questions to understand the customer's wishes

Victoria did an awesome job in color (blond), styling and also my eyebrows (form and colour)!! Very professional!! Aanrader- and I am quite critical ;) Do if not have a manicure, but hand massage / really nice!
