I had the treatment booked with another stylist, but they changed it last minute. This new stylist gave me a haircut service for curly hair instead of straight hair, which ended up being a greasy mess because my hair is not curly. He apologised and offered to wash my hair and fix it, which was nice, but he only used water to rinse it. So now my hair is straight but has dirty, built-up product from the previous hairstyle. I was a regular customer, but this experience has left me disappointed.
