Worst salon experience ever. Stylist showed up 20 min late from grocery shopping, didn’t greet me and started eating. Refused medium braids, saying my hair was “too thick,” then argued loudly with the owner. They spoke Gambian the whole time, making me feel excluded. I sat 5 hours, including a 45-min break while she ate. At the end she “accidentally” poured boiling water on my scalp. Painful, careless, and unprofessional. Don’t recommend.
