I came in for hair colour and brows. I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want to go darker than I already was but the colour that I ended up with was way darker than my natural hair. I can understand that darker hair would need bleach treatment and that is not recommended but surely a darker brown closer to my hair color was possible without bleaching. I was not happy with the outcome. I was getting this done for a special occasion and was disappointed I was very satisfied with the brows.
