I went to get my hair colored. The stylist was new to the salon. The experience was terrible. She did a horrible color and damaged all of my hair from so much coloring. I left disappointed and felt ripped off because I had to pay, even though they gave me half the money back after two days. I think they should have given me everything back, since it wouldn't be enough, and I'll have to pay a lot more to try to fix the color and my hair.
