No one greets you when you enter and the staff looks very annoyed. The lash tech herself was a sweet woman, but she placed a lash-set we didnt agree on.. We agreed on a hybrid set (1by1 + 2D + 3D)... when I got home, I see that I have 8D-lashes on! Unacceptable. Furthermore, she took my old set off and applied the full new set in 45 minutes: extremely rushed job. Im very sad about this, because it shows in the quality (poor/uneven application, lashes falling out after a week..). Bad experience.
