After a lifetime of massages - a part of life as a dancer - this trigger point release is the most effective I’ve had. And I’ve done dry needling. For months I’ve felt pains in my jaw and neck. 1.5 hours later, I am functional again. I’m breathing full breathes and there’s no more strange facial pain. He’s also a very kind person aside from being extremely talented at trigger release. I hope to come at least once a month.
