Very disappointing. Booked and paid one month in advance, was really looking forward to my treatment. However when I got to my treatment she was not at home. After 5 minutes waiting I've phoned her and the lady picked up and informed me that she had cancelled the appointment 9:00 AM due to sickness. When I've phoned her I could hear she was in the car, she was telling me that she is too sick to give me the treatment. I was upset as I had paid for a full treatment, she blamed it on Treatwell. After I hung up I've phoned the customer services of Treatwell they've informed that she did not cancell anything and they will contact her and refund me the money and issue me a coupon of EUR 10 for the inconvience. Did not see the coupon yet and will check the refund. Will not return.

Ik ben bij verschillende schoonheids salons geweest en heb veel gezien, maar dit was een eye opener voor mij!! Ik ben nog nooit zo goed behandeld, het gevoel na en tijdens de behandling was fantastisch. Ik woon in Almere-Buiten, maar heb het er echt voor over om naar Amsterdam te rijden voor Maureen Landvreugd en haar heerlijk salon. Voor alle mensen die dit lezen.. Gun het jezelf om hier een kijkje te nemen en proef wat ik keer op keer ervaar!! Het is werkelijkwaar een cadeautje voor jezelf!! Try it out..

After I took the treatment here, my skin under nose was grazed and I got scar. I went there to be beautiful but many people look at the scar now and I am very sad to have it. I will never go there.
