I needed a last minute haircut- do a fade out shave on the sides and the back and cut my top shorter. I made an appointment half an hour before coming, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. I got a cup of coffee while waiting. My barber asked questions to find out what exactly I wanted. He did his job quickly and well, I am satisfied with the result. My barber also styled my hair afterwards. Overall, I feel like they went up and beyond to meet my needs.
