We started working with Hilal last September because my 11-year-old daughter was overweight. Since then, she has not only reached her healthy weight, but also grown taller, learned how to eat properly, and discovered what to choose at places like Albert Heijn and Jumbo. Most importantly, she learned how to combine healthy nutrition with her sports routine. She really enjoys working with Hilal and always looks forward to their appointments.
