I also sent pictures of my red, irritated eyes after the appointment, as well as photos and questions about the chemical residue left in my eyelash extensions, but I never received any response or apology.
I have always been kind and patient with her last-minute cancellations and lateness, but this appointment was unacceptable. The eyelashes were extremely clumped together and looked terrible. Everything has its limits.
