Booked and paid via treatwell and when arriving after 30 min way, the lady is telling me she doesn’t know nothing about my appointment and will not reimburse 90 euro and to ask treatwell but their policy mention until 24 before. Do you see any sense in this? I found totally irresponsible the owner actions and in general illegal charging money without any commitment. I need now to chase Treatwell and they have only chat, saying that all employees are occupied and they will contact me via email..

Grace was kind, but the ‘balayage’ was poorly done—blocky yellow / orange patches, uneven foils, and unblended dye. I had to spend €175 the next day at another salon to fix it. Disappointing, especially after 5 hours in the chair. Really not good.
