I recently visited this salon during my trip to Amsterdam, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had an early morning appointment and, after waking up early, carrying my luggage with me, and waiting outside in the cold for over two hours, the stylist never showed up.
Despite having spoken with the stylist the day before to emphasise the importance of my appointment and punctuality, I was left completely stranded with no communication. Later, I received an email explaining that the stylist had an accident and mistakenly emailed the wrong person to inform them of her absence. However, no effort was made to ensure I was notified directly or promptly.
As a first-time visitor to Amsterdam, this experience left a very negative impression. The lack of professionalism and accountability was very frustrating. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience and would not return in the future.
