Andrea is a sweet and kind person, and I truly appreciated her gentle approach. That said, I want to provide an honest review based on the service itself. She’s clearly skilled in basic manicure techniques, but she’s still in the early stages of mastering BIAB application. The finish was a bit uneven with some bubbles, and the process took about three hours, partly because she struggled to remove my existing polish. — the price reflected her beginner status, and thats ok.
