I made an appointment and waited an hour to be helped. I was told she was running 10 minutes late - which turned out to be an hour. I didn’t want the electric file on my nails - but the therapist insisted. The top layer of hardening gel felt like it was burning my fingers when I put it under the UV light. That doesn’t seem normal. The therapist was a nice lady - but I won’t go back.
