The appointment was supposed to take 40 min, and it ended up taking 1h30 min in the end due to the nail artist taking in on walk in appointments and trying to do 2-3 clients at the same time. The quality of the end result of the nails was very low. They struggled with making a simple French manicure, and this whole experience was highly disappointing.
