BIAB:1st time,technician:took 4 hours,filed my nails into upward claws,not charged,told to book Master next time. 2nd time Master:all nails different shapes. -ive:skills need improvement,expensive +ive:kind customer service+employees,quality products

Evgeniya nail treatment was really good! She was very delicate and attentive removing my BIAB, removing cuticles and filing my nails. I was really happy with the whole experience. Natalia's Nail Academy is a super welcoming Nail Studio, you always feel taken care of and everybody is so nice, kind and very professional
