Lana was very sweet and polite and did her job well. She paid attention to the details and I enjoyed the treatment.
However, with the manicure I noticed the next day there were a lot of white scuff marks on my nail bed. Paying for a professional manicure I was hoping that would not have been the case. I suppose for natural nails the e-file was a bit too harsh. I appreciate the clean shaping, but I'm a bit disappointed with the surface damage to my nails for this price point.
