I was a few minutes late to my pedicure appointment and was met with shouting. The shouting was nonstop even as I continued to apologize and eventually told her to please stop yelling me at me. It was an unsettling and stressful experience and I found her to be extremely unprofessional. I've never been treated in this way. There are plenty of places to get a nice pedicure in this city and I would strongly advise to go elsewhere. The customer experience was terrible.
