Rude. She called when I was two minutes late and yelled at me. Then hung up the phone. When I got there, gave attitude. Didn’t clean off the dead skin or anything. Just removed the gel, cuticle clean and readded polish. I thought it was one of the worst jobs I’ve experienced.
