I started with high expectations as Mashid was saying I have come to the right place. It was a rushed job, not much care on the cuticles, different shape on nails than what I asked for, uneven some more round some more square some not smoothly shaped, biab not starting from low on the nails. She mentioned she was tired and that really showed on the end result.
