I was forgotten with my treatment more than required, i had to ask for the hairdresser to come ( i was in a hurry, so the total stay in the salon was 1hour and 10 min, for a treatment which should last 30 min). My hair is oily and nobody asked about its tendency, so my hair by end of day it did not look nice ( was already oily and without volume). Thank you for your understanding
