Very dissatisfied. I was treated by an inexperienced nail technician who spent two hours struggling with the BIAB on my nails and hands. To make matters worse, I was charged €10 extra for the removal of my old BIAB set, even though this is usually included when getting a new set. I was only informed about this extra charge at the checkout. In total, I paid €73 for a BIAB set, which was a complete waste of money. I would definitely not recommend this salon.

She's always very efficient and I was happy several times I went to her. Last time's session felt rushed. The gellak on some nails didn't even last for a week.
