I've been coming here pretty regularly for the last few months and it's always been a nice experience. The nail techs are pleasant, thorough, and professional. My only complaint is that they are always out of multiple colors. Almost every time I'm there, my first and even sometimes second choice is empty/not available. This is fine for the gellak colors since there are so many to choose from and many are relatively similar but when there are so few Biab colors, it's can be a bit frustrating.
