Went in for a gel removal and the attitude was very abrupt and trying to rush through it, taking off much more of my nails than necessary, my nails feel thinner and damaged, unfortunate as I have been a customer for nails in the past.

My nail chipped at 5 days, I emailed the salon to have it fixed since they said they offer that service. No one replied to my message. The gel didn't hold up well and the salon didn't honor their service or commitment. Certainly disappointing.

Hoewel er bij de behandeling staat dat ze eelt verwijderen doen ze dit alleen met een rasp en niet met een mesje. Medewerkers praten veel over privé met elkaar en in een niet verstaanbare taal. Verder goede behandeling en veel keuze uit kleuren.
