I had an impression from the attitude, that I was waisting her time.i was uncomfortable sitting there, especially when I see other ladies being nice to their clients. My feet stayed in the water maybe 1 minute and other 5 minutes, so the dead skin from my feet was not removed well. I don't feel much difference. Color application was good.
