Great experience getting my pedicure will definitely be back

Linh did my nails and she cut my finger. She didn't even apologise and when I told her that it hurt, her colleague next to us said "oh it happens". My finger started bleeding and she had to find disinfectant to clean it. I then told her she didn't even say sorry and that's when she said sorry. Due to this I said I wanted compensation and she said they'd give me 10 euro but need to confirm with the manager. To this day I've called and texted Linh and she has been ignoring me. I want my refund!!!
