I booked a pedicures with normal polish on my feet, instead of using a regular polish she used gellack (without a lamp) So the polish went have really quickly and the remaining polish I could not take off myself because it was not normal polish but gellack.
A mistake can happen, but the most annoying thing is that they didn't take responsibility for their mistake.
