Sue spreekt heel slecht Nederlands waardoor het moeilijk is om haar te begrijpen. Ze geeft veel kritiek op je uiterlijk tijdens de behandeling. Epileren is pijnlijk.

De vrouw die mijn armen gewaxed heeft was heel secuur en heeft goed werk verricht. Ik kom de volgende keer weer.

The lady was 30 minutes late unfortunately, and there was a misunderstanding about what the treatment should deliver.

At the end of the day services should be worth the money we pay. After the manicure the technician (who was very nice) had to admit she was inexperienced with nails and it was clear. The technician ruined one of the nails trying to check if they were dry, and didn’t offer to fix it. Unacceptable when paying €50. Meanwhile, another client came in to complain and received a refund. Clearly there is an issue with staff training and this has to be dealt with before asking clients to pay full price
