I came twice to get gel nails refilled.
The first time Monique did my nails; she did a decent job, though it took her a long time because her colleagues kept interrupting and she had to answer the phone every 20 minutes. After a couple of weeks however, my gel nails had several air bubbles underneath.
I went again 3 weeks after the first appointment, hoping to solve the issue: Monique wasn't there, and I was instead served by another employee, who told me she could do gel nails too (even though there were only certificates about Monique hanging on the walls). It took her more than 2 hours to refill my gel nails (a job that usually takes half the time); I believe it took her so long because she kept chatting with her friend for the entire time of the treatment, thus distracting her from the job. The gel nails were done so poorly that, within 3 days, 6 nails were full of air bubbles; within 5, all of them were ruined and two had fallen off. I do not recommend this place.
