It took 3 HOURS and I was on my lunch break!! I have never once had a nail appointment take that long and I get the same thing ever time I go. Every nail is a different shape and length, one of them is bleeding and the colour didn’t match at all the one I picked - with 3 coats it’s uneven and watery. To make all of that worse I specifically booked with Alicia who is meant to be the BIAB specialist because my last visit had bumps all through the BIAB and I just got the same person! I’m in complete shock.

Goed geholpen en blij met resultaat, maar dat ik via de medewerkers rookplek (met een stapel peuken) naar de behandeling moest was wat minder
