I described the hair cut I wanted and he cut it completely wrong, on top of which I paid for a hair cut and a beard trim. I did not get the beard trim, I'm not even sure if he knew or not, he didn't check the appointment book to see what was scheduled, nor did he even ask me. won't be using this hair dressers again.
